The higher end Century City condo market shows an increase in sales over the same period last year, except for The Century. The median price of these is down. The Century Towers shows a healthy increase in sales and median price over the same period last year. The more moderately-priced Park Place, and Century Park East are also up in sales and median prices.
Except for The Century and Century Hill Century City Condos is favoring sellers at this time. And they are much needed.
