Over the past 3 months 29 have sold which is an average of 9.67 per month. This means that it would take 7.76 months to sell the existing inventory. Basically this is a buyers’ market.
This indicates that the Wilshire Corridor is a fairly balanced market overall, although the above chart indicates where each building falls.
