Wilshire Corridor condos sales for the 1st Qtr of 2013 were mostly down over the 4th Qtr of 2012.  The exceptions to this were The Churchill, The Mirabella, The Wilshire Manning,  The Wilshire Marquis, and The Wilshire Thayer.  As with most of Los Angeles inventory is extremely low overall on The Corridor, and outside of the penthouse at The Remington, there are only 9 three-bedroom units available.

Wilshire Corridor rentals are also in short supply.
