A one-bedroom unit is going to cost you an average of $511,000 and will be an average of 1,047 sq. ft.  Homeowners dues will range from $547 to $2,137 per month.

If you want to stay under $1,000,000, a two-bedroom unit will cost an average of $807,545 with an average of $1,842 sq. ft.  Homeowners dues will range from $568 to $2,100 per month.

Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 a two-bedroom is going to average $1,387,667 with an average sq. ft. of 1,994. Homeowners dues will be from $1,425 to $3,300 per month.

Over $2,000,000 a two-bedroom unit will average $2,788,400 with an average sq. ft. of 2,839 and Homeowners dues will range from $2,240 to $3,369 per month.

three-bedroom unit will average $2,995,000 with an average sq. ft. of 3,103 and Homeowners dues will range from $1,340 to $3,571 per month.

Most units will include an inside laundry, but there are exceptions.  Also there are a small number of buildings that are not full service.  Most are.
