There is very little movement on The Corridor although sales are up by 8 over the 2nd Quarter.
The median price is down slightly in most buildings.
53 Â new listings came on the market in the 3rd Quarter of 2013 out of a total of 74.
Wilshire Corridor rentals are also in short supply.
