There isn’t an overall trend showing from 2014 sales on the Wilshire Corridor. Inventory has basically not improved with the majority of buildings favoring sellers or balanced between a buyers or sellers market.

Median prices up overall as are sales. Pending sales are down so it will be interesting to see what the 1st Quarter brings.
