Sales of single family homes were up slightly over last year and of course the median price rose significantly. There continues a shortage of inventory.

The Westwood condo market which includes the Wilshire Corridor is balanced, mainly due to the majority of condos for sale in Westwood being on the Corridor, 86 of the 107 listed presently. Taking away the Wilshire Corridor the Westwood condo market also has a shortage of inventory.
