Sales of single family homes remained stead with the median price up over the first quarter. Inventory is, however, down.
The Westwood condo market which includes the Wilshire Corridor is balanced, mainly due to the majority of condos for sale in Westwood being on the Corridor, 90 of the 117 listed presently. Taking away the Wilshire Corridor the Westwood condo market also has a shortage of inventory.
