Sales of single family homes were up over the 2nd Qtr as was the median price.

The Westwood condo market which includes the Wilshire Corridor shows increased sales for the 3rd Qtr. and the median price was also up.

Inventory remains low. Westwood Los Angeles real estate is still very much a sellers’ market.
