It has been a while since we checked in on activity on the Wilshire Corridor, home of some of Los Angeles’ most luxurious condo buildings. So let’s see how sales so far this year compare to the same period in 2016.

Sold 2017: 120
Sold 2016: 115

Median Price 2017: $1,099,000
Median Price 2016: $1,025,000

Average Days on the Market 2017: 73
Average Days on the Market 2016: 90

Overall there has not been much change through September this year as compared with the same period last year.
