If you are thinking of buying on The Wilshire Corridor it may help to know what you are getting for your money in the different buildings. Some things may be important to you and others may not.
The checklist below will give you a rough idea what each building offers and help you to narrow down your search based on your criteria.
* This building is a coop so will be need to be purchased with cash.
* There are a handful of units with inside laundry.
**These are too small to consider.
✓✓The HOA dues are over $3,000 per month.
Please note that the Wilshire Regent and Crown Towers do not allow in-unit laundry facilities.
During the escrow period you will be able to check the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for areas of importance to you. Do they allow rentals, are there pet restrictions, can you park your own car or do you have to valet, etc. and if you cannot live with any of the restrictions you will be able to cancel without penalty.
