Sold 224– 48 less than previous year.
Median Price: $479,000 – 7.76% over previous year.
Average Days on Market: 34 – 6 less than previous year.
Sold vs List Price: Under 30 days 103.20%. Over 120 days 98.23%

Sales of single family homes were almost equal to the previous year with a rise of 13% in the median price.

Condo sales were down with the median price.

Culver City, as with much of Los Angeles has very low inventory making it a sellers’ market.
