If Contract Expires, Can Your Agent Get Commission?

Just because you cancel a listing contract or it simply expires it doesn’t necessarily mean that you do not have to pay your agent if you sell it within a certain time period after.

Make sure to read your contract carefully before you sign and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
