Wilshire Corridor Condos 2015 2nd Qtr Market Report

The Wilshire Corridor condo market is a unique one in that it doesn’t always follow the trend of the rest of the city. With so many price ranges and high homeowners dues each building needs to be looked at separately.

Checking in every few months doesn’t really provide the full picture of where the median price is going when sales are so low. However the blue figures reflect an increase and the green a drop.

The =/- sold is based on the previous Quarter.

The price per square ft. figures in red are based on the last-known statistics where there are no current sales.

The Wilshire Corridor continues to have low inventory and the average days on the market for sold listings is 87.  It is 98 for current active listings. This is high for the area.

Also the sold price versus list price is $93.03%. Low for the area.

The Wilshire Corridor needs much more well-priced inventory.
