Wilshire Corridor condo sales is more or less balanced between an sellers’ and a buyers’ market, with the median price having dropped in many buildings.

Wilshire Corridor condo buyers and sellers should be out in force.  There are units available but fresh inventory is likely to go quickly if priced right.
